Kathy D. Gromoll started KDG Human Resource Consulting in 2000. Prior to starting her own business, she served several years as a senior consultant and Vice President for another consulting firm in the Phoenix area. She has worked in various human resource capacities both at the divisional and corporate level for a number of well-known firms. She serves as an expert witness and holds a masters degree as well as certifications in benefits (CEBS) compensation (CCP), human resources (SPHR) and management consulting (CMC).
